Labels for cooling only double duct air conditioner labels (Regulation 2011/626).

The European Union regulation 626/2011 says that for cooling-only double duct air conditioners classified in energy efficiency classes A+++ to D this specific label should be used:

The minimum dimensions (100mm by 200mm) are slightly smaller than fridge/dishwasher labels and bigger than TV labels, though the aspect ratio, 1:2, is the same. You can create the correct 300 DPI label by using this: .

Though most new EU labels show annual consumption, this label shows hourly consumption, 99 kWh/60min in the above example.

The 3.5kW in the above example is the cooling power, and the 55 dB is the noise.

EER is the Energy Efficiency Ratio, the ratio of output cooling energy (in BTU) to electrical input energy (in Watt-hour). It is a bit of a baroque number, but when comparing labels a higher number is better than a lower number.
